Sometimes I Think I'm Going to get Carpal Tunnel From P-Day Emailing

Hello, family and friends!!

We are definitely seeing some miracles here in Moose Jaw!

The last email I sent you all was great, and I told you a bit about Carol and Jim, and lemme tell you, Carol is so prepared it's amazing!!!! We were finally able to met with them last night..they were in Regina, then on a date.. etc.. the main thing is, is that the Lord is putting people in our path who need the gospel! I mean everyone needs the gospel if they want to be successful in this life!

I was reading in Preach My Gospel this morning.. and I was reading on pg. 32 Heavenly Father Reveals His Gospel in Every Dispensation, second paragraph first sentence. "Our Father's plan for us to be successful in this life and to return to live with Him is called the gospel of Jesus Christ, with Jesus' Atonement at the center of that plan."  I love this gospel. We most keep his commandments to be truly happy in this life, and in the life to come.

I love you!

Chili Cook Off

This week has been amazing! God answers prayers, just saying if you have a question just ask he'll answer you.. 3 Nephi 14.

We had a chili cook off this weekend, and there were more investigators, than members! That's so amazing, and we also invited the security guy for the construction plot next door to come. He, his wife, and daughter all came! And we told them about the Family History Center.. and we're hoping to start teaching them soon!

I love you,and I am so grateful for all that you do for me, and for the Lord's kingdom! I love you all so much!

Have a great week. And BTW look up "Love the very essence of the gospel" by president Thomas S. Monson.. so good!

Moses 7

I love you all, and I appreciate all of your emails, I try and respond to all of yours.but I only have about 90 minutes.. and those are definitely precious minutes of the week. ;) anyway I love you all so much! And I am so grateful for all that you do and say. I want you to know that I know that our Heavenly Father loves each, and everyone of you all. And never doubt the Lord.

I was reminded earlier of on my most favorite chapters in all scripture, and it's Moses 7. When God is talking to Enoch. And how much God loves us, and how much His servants love us. Out of all God's creatures, we are the most loved. Even though we may not be as obedient as dirt, and actually less than it, we are most loved by Him. How blessed are we? Answer:incredibly!

I love you all so much, and I can't believe how fast time flies by. I was super excited, and surprised to hear that Jorie has already returned home from her mission, and that I will be hitting my half way mark next transfer! Holy that's crazy!

Anyway back on spiritual stuff.. I love Moses 7.. if you haven't read it in like the last.. oh let's say; week. Read it! I'm gonna go home and read it again. I love that we can continue to learn, and progress from studying, and re-studying things, over, and over again.

The work out here is progressing, I am loving my companion Sister Veylupek. Thank goodness she's pretty much already pre-trained. I thought that I was going to have to do some major trainging. But the Lord knows what we can handle, and he loves us all us much! And I definitely cannot do this work without Him. It'd be like "what work?, oh wait.. it's the Lord's work."It's best if I include Him, in bringing souls into His kingdom, eh? Yes sounds like a plan.

Hope that you are doing well, I am so blessed to call you all my family, and friends. I am so thankful for all of your love, and support. I hope that you're doing well. Love you!!!

Regina for a Few Days

Family and friends,

I am doing super well, :) and I hope that you all know that I have survived, and my trainee have survived our first few days together ;) She's from Utah, California, and North Carolina, she hails from A.F. Utah, and her family is now living in C. C. She's a marine, she's 24 years old, she is beautiful, funny, and sarcastic. I should be adding her to my friends list on the Facebook, and so should you.. if you feel so inclined... ;) I love you all so much!

This past week I was in Regina for a few days, because of transfers.. my old companion was leaving and going to Minnesota, and my new one was obviously coming from the M.T.C. It was so neat to be down there. While we were there, we taught, and found a new investigator, and we were able to do a meeting over SKYPE it was so neat! The Sister down there is Sister Meservy. She's Canadian, from Alberta. Her Dad owns a water buffalo farm, and makes his own cheese. That's pretty neat huh?

I love the work, I love our Savior Jesus Christ! And I love the Gospel.. sorry my email is short. I love you! And I pray for you, and i am so grateful for all that you do for me, and for the Kingdom of God. Continue to build! it's worth it!

TRAINER!

So family and friends this week we received our transfer calls... and I am staying here in the beautiful city of Moose Jaw, and my companion Sister Fellows will be leaving me. She will be going to International Falls Minnesota to join Sister Davis there. I however will be welcoming a brand new sister. I am TRAINING!!! Oh my goodness I am kind've super nervous, but excited... I don't even know how to describe how I am feeling right now... haha. All I know is that each transfer, each call is a call given by God. I am going to miss Sister Fellows deeply. I love her, and she is just so wonderful. She has been in the area now for 7 months. I am excited for her, and she will do great things in the good USA. I asked her to give an  America tree a hug  from Sister Tomkinson ;)

Anyway this week has been a crazy one, definitely jam packed with service, from painting somebody's house, to pulling weeds. It has been tons of fun! This past Friday, or was it Saturday? anyway we had a ward campout that we were invited to. We weren't able to spend the night, but it was great to get to know the ward even better. There are a few sisters here, that I just love. And I am so blessed that I have the opportunity to get to know them :) The world is filled with great children of God. We are just so blessed by our Heavenly Father.

I loved this past transfer and I am looking forward to this upcoming transfer. I'm excited to work hard, and to see, feel the work progress. I am so blessed to be a missionary. I love the Holy Ghost, can I just say that? We literally cannot do anything without Him. I am so dependent on Him. And I need to always remember that. I love the gospel. I love the work, And I Love my family!

Hardika accepted to be baptized a few days ago. We are so happy for her, we don't have a date. But the work is progressing, and we're a part of it! I love you!
